Fighting Inflammation

Try these anti-inflammatories:​

  • Ginger:  1 gram/day. 

  • Turmeric: (curcumin) 100-500 mg day.

  • Boswelia (frankincense) 300-500 mg/day. 

  • Fish oil: 1-1.5 grams/day (omega 3). Krill is better than fish. 

  • Alpha lipoid acid: 300-600 mg/day  (breaks down Carbs: antioxidant: improves function of neurons and nerve related symptoms: restores levels of vit C & E).

  • Resveratrol: 150-500 mg/day:  (grapes blueberries, red wine, peanuts). 

  • Spirulina: 1-8 grams/day. Blue green algae. 

  • Garlic: 300 mg/day dried garlic. 

 

Avoid 5 diet:  

  • no lactose

  • no caffeine

  • no simple sugar

  • no gluten

  • no fried food
